Automate 12V DC Zero. Wired once, never charged.
The 12V DC Zero is the hardwired twin of the Zero Li-ion: same hidden head and light gap, powered from a low-voltage supply instead of a battery. It is the motor Rolli specifies for new construction and remodels where the electrician is already on site.

Powered by a DC power supply or distribution panel; an external battery pack is also offered. ARC two-way radio, 433.92 MHz.
What this means for your home
Nothing to charge, ever. A low-voltage wire runs from a transformer or a distribution panel to each window, so the electrician roughs it in with the rest of the house.
Same remote and hub as the battery motors, so a house can mix wired and battery shades on one Pulse PRO.
Plan it early: the wire has to reach the headrail before drywall. Rolli supplies a wiring note for your electrician at order time.

Battery or hardwired?
Hardwired if the walls are open or an electrician is already coming; battery for everything else. See battery vs hardwired for the full comparison.
What does the electrician need to run?
A low-voltage 12 V DC line to each shade from a Rollease power supply or DC distribution panel. Rolli provides the spec and location per window.
Why is the wired warranty longer?
Rollease Acmeda gives 7 years on AC and DC wired motors and 5 years on battery motors, because the wired motor carries no battery to age.
Can I add it to a shade later?
Only if the wire is there. Retrofits without wiring use the Zero Li-ion.
