Great product and customer service

We ordered nine shades and the hub. The shades were a perfect fit (exactly the sizes I ordered) and look great. Super easy install. The only aspect that could be improved is the hub. It took several attempts to get the shades to sync with the hub which was a bit frustrating but ultimately they all did sync and work great. One of the blinds we received had a damaged pairing button but Rolli was quick to send us a replacement motor at no cost. Overall, I would definitely recommend these shades.

High end at a reasonable price point

I did a lot of research before buying blinds and landed with these, and very glad I did! These look and work perfect in my sunny Miami apartment. Ended up getting a lot of them, the blue is amazing next to my industrial concrete ceiling/ floor. Worth every penny and couldn’t recommend more. The compliments I get, feel like they should be worth 2x this.

I went with Rolli because it was the lowest cost option that wasn’t from China, and felt like high quality. And I was right! These shades are so worth it and look absolutely amazing. Have gotten tons of compliments on them. Using the remote is a game changer. Been using them for a while now without any issues. The one thing I will say is that it was a bit challenging to install on my own regardless of the instructions and screws / brackets provided. Initially made some mistakes with the measuring and brackets, but once I measured appropriately it was smooth sailing. You will love this purchase as much as I do. Highly recommend!

I’m not the most handy, but I got it done. Remote connect button on the motor was hard to press. Now that it’s up — I love it. Reach out if you need help, they’re great and super helpful. So glad I got these they’re awesome

Shades made for lazy girls - Worth the hype !!

I am not handy at all and was worried about doing this myself BUT IT WAS SO EASY (yes my hubby helped a little) ! So much cheaper and didn’t sacrifice quality - they look amazing and it elevated the whole space. Now I can shut the world out and curl up with a good book anytime:)

Great easy install window shade

Love these start to finish. Great price for great product. Easy install and came with everything you need and instructions. Works perfectly. I just got 1 remote and no hub which is all I need for 4 shades. Definitely recommend.

The shades are definitely great for privacy. I live in an apartment and the neighbors can no longer see in and the lights outside don’t glare through. Light still comes through naturally and well during the day that reduces glare on my TV and computer. Never going back to corded blinds that were messy and took away from my apartment. Now I get compliments and live so much better.

Best smart shades on the market, hands down

We love these shades. After trying them in the living room, we've installed them throughout the house. Ended up buying these after a lackluster experience with discount shades manufactured abroad and Rolli is well worth it. We use the privacy and sleep shades and typically open and close them twice a day with no recharging needed so far. Shipping was super fast and their customer service answered our few questions about install since they came with intuitive instructions. Highly recommend Rolli.

They look even better in person. Install instructions helped and it was a bit annoying to drill, but once they are up and connected it’s amazing. Will never go back to normal blinds and everyone should try these to see why!

Super happy

So happy with these shades. I got 1 remote for 3 of them for our bedroom. Easy install, everything came as measured and looks amazing. They let in a bit of light on the sides, but are totally blackout. Maybe I should have measured a bit more past the window frame since they are hung outside the frame above it. I can easily fall asleep in the room when it’s daytime still.

The best blinds!

If you've got a pesky window in your bedroom that's a pain to reach and needs some serious darkening, these blinds are an absolute game-changer. Let me tell you, they've become my go-to solution for my windows around my house, and I couldn't be happier with them. Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the amount of natural light that pours into my house through that window. But during those winter months when the sun is low and beaming right into my eyes while I'm chilling in bed or on the couch, I was desperately in need of a fix. I tried all sorts of things, like a cheap tension rod and got quotes from expensive retailers, but nothing hit the perfect middle. Thankfully, these blinds came to my rescue. Installing them was a piece of cake. Just a few screws here and there (4 to be exact), snap them into place, and bam! It was done in a jiffy. And let me tell you, the customer service from these guys is top-notch. They're super helpful, answering any questions you might have before or after your purchase. So if you're unsure about measurements or need some guidance during the installation process, they've got your back. Now, let's talk about controlling these babies. The setup instructions are on their site and it comes with a QR code that guides you there for videos and such. With a little persistence I managed to figure it out. Setting the upper and lower stop positions and such for each is annoying for worth it since it’s done after that. Pro tip: mount the remote next to your fan or thermostat. Makes it super convenient. It even comes with a wall mount and all the screws you need. All in all, I'm seriously impressed with these blinds. High quality blinds!

These blinds are incredible. I can sleep any time of day now with these blackout shades. A bit of light comes in the sides, but it’s kind of nice so I can still walk around and see in my room but easy to fall asleep. They look amazing and the remote has a great design and weight to it. I mounted the remote holder to the wall next to my bed. Easy wake up or sleep anytime I want without having to get up! I hated the corded blinds, never going back. Couldn’t recommend more!

An amazing product at such a good price. Excellent customer service

We bought one of these on the very large side to cover our main bedroom window that faces the sun. Absolutely loved it and bought 3 more for our smaller windows! Easy to install and work just as we wanted by keeping the bedroom cool and dark at any time of day. Now we are going to try out the Rolli privacy light filtering ones in our living room. Less expensive than any blinds speciality store, but look more expensive and very worth buying this luxury, high tech product at what feels like a steal.

We recommend one per room. We had to order more because they control up to 15 shades, but that doesn't mean you only need 1 for 15 shades in practice. Great remote though

We use the app to control all the shades in our house at once when leaving on vacation. Remote is good when you are in that room.

Chrome open Rolli

I love my chrome open rolli shades. They come in reverse roll according to other sites, which look great. Valance closed Rolli looks good too, but not worth the extra money.

I own a few homes in Chicago for rent and these have definitely added a ton of value to my homes. I've increased the price on all my rentals and a lot of people say how much they love this feature!

Can't go back

We looked around a lot for automated roller shades. So happy we landed on Rolli, saved us money, work incredibly well and look spectacular.

No more choking hazard, kids love them, easy to use and provide a ton of much needed privacy from our neighborhood.

Hands down the best shade I've had. It's a little pricey if you live in an apartment, but worth it if you aren't going anywhere soon!

Worth it if you use Alexa

We use the Pulse 2 app a little bit. The Alexa connection is the coolest part. Never leave bed for a phone or remote is worth it to me!

I actually needed these because my dog used to chew on the cords of our old ones. I'm not disappointed! So safe, look incredible, and couldn't be happier with them.

Google and Roller Shades

I love using Google Home with Rolli. It's so easy and works everytime!

I have mine set to close at sunset so they are always down providing privacy when I need it without thinking about it.

Easy to use - my kids and wife set their own favorite positions throughout the house. We don't really use the app much, remotes are always around and so easy.

I sleep above a busy street and I love how they help to reduce noise outside. I wouldn't say it’s a totally tranquil apt now, but definitely more peaceful!
